“Dia de Los Muertos” BISD Student Exhibit @ Brownsville Heritage Complex | Greenville | South Carolina | United States

This exhibit is available to visitors during its display with paid museum admission. Dia De Los Muertos- The day of the dead- is a holiday celebrated on November 1 throughout Latin America. Dia de los Muertos honors the dead with festivals and lively celebrations. The event celebrates the lives of the deceased with food, drink, parties, and actives the dead enjoyed in life. This year the BHA is exhibiting student artwork and alters constructed by students at BISD’s Longoria Elementary, Resaca Elementary, and Hanna High School History Club.
