The Ringgold Civic Pavilion is one civic facility that is undoubtedly unique. Its Sabal Palm Ballroom can be used in its entirety, or separated into three meeting areas, which can accommodate groups from 20 – 350 people.

The Fort Brown Memorial Center, located on the campus of The University of Texas at Brownsville, offers meeting space for local businesses and to those who are visiting the area. The complex consists of four meeting rooms that are available for rent for public and private events. The Stillman Town Hall seats 120, both the Stokely Hall and the Lee Youth Center accommodate up to 180 people and the Jacob Brown Auditorium has a seating capacity for 1,500 people.

In addition, the Holiday Inn of Brownsville with 141 guest rooms provides full service hotel meeting facilities with 5,742 sq. ft. of usable space that can be divided into four separate smaller rooms to accommodate various sized groups.
