He is from Rio de Janeiroand is Professor of Piano at Eastern Kentucky University. A prizewinner in 13 national and international competitions, he has performed concerts in the USA, France, Spainand Germany, as well as in Brazil. Dr. Scarambone has extensively researched and performed Brazilian music, which will be an extensive part of this concert. Recently, he gave the world premiere of Toccata by renowned Brazilian composer, Marlos Nobre.
