World Birding Center Resaca de la Palma State Park
Brownsville’s Resaca de la Palma State Park boasts the largest tract of native habitat in the World Birding Center network. Over eight miles of trails curve through 1,200 acres of Tamaulipan thornscrub, sugar hackberry, ebony-anacua and grasslands. Four observation decks overlook the resaca.
